I'm a librarian... what can I say... of course I love this one!
Room To Read works in rural areas of Asia and Africa to establish libraries and opportunities to read. "World Change starts with educated children."

Just started reading Give A Little, by Wendy Smith and already felt it should be added to the list. She also has a website here.
Added Feeding America and the Darfur Stove Project. I think the Darfur Stove Project is a really inspiring project.
Also added NothingButNets which stops the spread of malaria.
