 Who protects the earth? Did you ever consider that the earth might need a lawyer... or a crew of lawyers? The motto of EarthJustice is "because the earth needs a good lawyer." Their mission is to protect the earth and to defend the right of people to live in a healthy environment. They maintain a list of petitions that you can sign after you have finished reading about what is needed to preserve our surroundings.
