Just added this site called HelpFromHome which is based in the UK. (Just added to the Resource section.)
And since it is about volunteering online, it could be based anywhere and much of what they talk about is relevant to us in the US. Also I have to admit that I love the slogan "Change the world in just your pyjamas!"
