Giving ROCKS!! 07/16/2010

This is a picture of my dad. He is a surgeon. He is a teacher. He is a great guy who has given a lot to the world. This weekend my sister is giving something back to my dad (and mom) by taking them for a wonderful weekend in the country. It's not as hard as you think to give something everyday.
PS. My dad loves to eat. He is mostly wheelchair-bound now and my mother is doing a great job giving him all care.
PPS. Thanks, Beth!! Thanks to everyone else who is giving care to aging parents!!

Hi, I'm visiting from the blog follower blog swap and I have to say, I love your blog! What a wonderful resource of ideas and ways to help others. This one especially caught my eye as I have crocheted blankets for the local hospital and homeless center. Your blog is my favorite of all of the ones I've went to.
Your parents must be so proud of your endeavor and the pic of your father looking out at me was such a nice greeting when I pulled up your site the first time a few days ago.
